According to preliminary reports, Sandeep Kumar left behind a three-page suicide note and a video message before taking the extreme step. In these, he made serious allegations against IPS officer Y. Puran Kumar, accusing him of corruption and abuse of power.
The late officer claimed that numerous pieces of evidence exist against the IPS officer and alleged that he was being harassed and threatened with arrest. Kumar also accused Y. Puran Kumar of misusing his position and manipulating the system through caste-based politics.
In his final words, Sandeep Kumar stated, “I am sacrificing my life to demand a fair investigation. This corrupt family should not be spared.”
Authorities have launched an inquiry into the incident. The suicide note and video message have been seized for forensic examination, and further investigation is underway to verify the claims made by the deceased officer.
