New Delhi: Manika Vishwakarma, a 22-year-old model from Rajasthan, is set to represent India on the global stage at the 74th Miss Universe pageant to be held on November 21, 2025, at the Impact Challenger Hall in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand.
Manika, who was crowned Miss Universe India 2025 in August this year, received the title from her predecessor Rhea Singha, the Miss Universe India 2024. Born in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, Manika currently resides in Delhi, where she is completing her final year of studies in Political Science and Economics at Delhi University.
Before winning the national crown, Manika had earned the title of Miss Universe Rajasthan, marking her steady rise in the world of beauty pageants. Her strong intellect and clarity of thought set her apart during the national finale, where she impressed judges with her articulate response on women’s education. When asked to choose between prioritising women’s education and financial aid for low-income families, she chose education, calling it “the transformative force that can break the cycle of poverty.”
Beyond pageantry, Manika is a trained classical dancer and an accomplished painter, with her artworks recognised by the Lalit Kala Akademi and the JJ School of Art. She is also deeply committed to social causes — particularly neurodivergence awareness. As the founder of Neuronova, she works to promote understanding around conditions like ADHD and reshape societal perceptions of neurodiversity.
As the world awaits the crowning moment in Thailand, all eyes will be on Manika Vishwakarma — the young woman from Rajasthan representing India’s spirit, strength, and sensitivity on the Miss Universe stage.
