
Punjab Government's Nationwide Outreach for 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji
Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will personally visit Delhi to invite President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the grand event marking the 350th Martyrdom Anniversary of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji.
The Punjab Government has decided to invite the Chief Ministers of all Indian states to participate in the commemorative celebrations. To ensure wide representation, cabinet ministers have been assigned the responsibility of delivering invitations across the country.
According to the plan, Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema and Minister Lalchand Kataruchak will invite the Chief Ministers of West Bengal, Assam, and Odisha. Ministers Aman Arora and Tarunpreet Sondh will visit Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Uttarakhand.
Ministers Dr. Balbir Singh and Hardeep Singh Mundian will travel to Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand, while Ministers Harbhajan Singh ETO and Barinder Kumar Goyal will extend invitations to the Chief Ministers of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry.
Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains along with Tourism and Cultural Affairs Advisor Deepak Bali will visit Maharashtra, Bihar, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.
Ministers Baljit Kaur and Mohinder Bhagat will invite the Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Similarly, Ministers Laljit Singh Bhullar and Dr. Ravjot Singh will deliver invitations to the Chief Ministers of Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, and Nagaland.
Ministers Gurmeet Singh Khudian and Sanjeev Arora have been tasked with inviting the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Goa.
